How to request a return if the buyer regrets:
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your opinion about the purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order at your home.
Send an email to [email protected], indicating your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days after receiving the returned products. The amount will be reimbursed using the same payment method you selected when purchasing at our online store. There will be no additional cost for usted.
How to request the return of defective products:
According to Brazilian legislation, in the case of articles with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving your order at your home.
Send an email to [email protected] indicating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount will be reimbursed using the same payment method that you use when purchasing at our online store. There will be no additional cost to the refund.
How to return products:
According to the Consumer Protection Law, shipping costs for the return of products due to withdrawal rights or manufacturing defects will be borne by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive a shipping authorization code by email upon your return request and will have to send the merchandise by postal mail. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you receive your purchase (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that protects the items during transport.
