If you are not satisfied with the product or if you have regretted the purchase, you will be able to request a replacement or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order that cannot be corrected.

 

Conditions for making a change:

 

If you want to make a change, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, or under the same conditions that you receive. Also, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging.

 

 

How to request a truck:

 

Send an e-mail to [email protected], informing your full name, order number and reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact with the information necessary to carry out the exchange.

 

 

Conditions for return due to regret:

 

 

If you regret the purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order that cannot be corrected.

 

How to request a refund for regret:

 

Send an email to [email protected], informing your complete name and order number. You will receive the refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The value will be refunded using the same payment method that you selected to purchase in our virtual store. There will be no additional cost for your receipt or refund.

 

 

Products with manufacturing defects:

 

 

In accordance with Brazilian legislation, in the event of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a refund within 30 days, counting from the date of receipt of the order that has not been corrected.

 

 

How to request a return of defective products:

 

Send an e-mail to [email protected], informing your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The value will be refunded using the same payment method that you selected to purchase in our virtual store. There will be no additional cost for your receipt or refund.

 

How to return the products:

 

Following or established by Consumer Direction, shipping costs for the return of products by express delivery or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

 

You will receive a postage authorization code by e-mail following your exchange or return request and must post it to the mercadoria in a Correios agency. We do not charge packaging costs, therefore we suggest that you use the same packaging as you received for your purchase (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that preserves the parts during transportation.
